All Day Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles(s). In the event of misconduct by your party, the chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Pick-up and drop-off is very limited to an exact time. If client is late after limousine arrival, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes and leave to his second run and client will be charged full amount. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/ her party during service (either willfully or accidentally). This includes, but not limited to, gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine and drinking glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, VCR, radio, and CD player. There is a minimum charge of $100.00 for damages to our vehicles. Client is responsible for any overtime charge which is based on the hourly rate of the vehicle. Client is responsible for parking fees of any event like concerts, sporting events, and any other special events. Luxury Limousine Dearborn is not responsible for late arrivals caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown (we will replace with any available limo within 30 minutes or less), and incorrect pick-up and drop-off information. All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. A deposit of half or less is required at time of booking and is nonrefundable. Remaining balance is due before or at the time of service. Full payment will be charged if canceled within 30 work days of booking. Limousine should not exceed passenger number from original number. Booking does not exceed 12 hours. Customer understands that driver will not stay during reception. Pick-up and drop-off after reception may not be the same car as in the original booking. However, it will be a stretch limo for the bride and groom. BY SIGNING THE BOTTOM, I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE/AUTHORIZE THAT LUXURY LIMOUSINE DEARBORN CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR A DEPOSIT AND ANY ITEM IF THERE IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT. BY GIVING<
